Four months of negotiations and legal battles, the video of JP Shellnut running over John Layfield in the waters off Key West can finally be released. Shellnut's attorneys have exhausted all efforts to prevent this from happening, however we feel that the video is the only way to see the truth. The whole truth and nothing but the truth. Mr. Layfield and Mr. Shellnut have both given their versions of events that day and will have the opportunity to be heard.
